Xbox Game Pass for PC and console: All new games in July 2023

Are you in the mood for some boosters? Then take a look at the July Game Pass lineup. We’ll give you the lowdown on all the new additions to the subscription.

Strategists, take note! If you’ve subscribed to Xbox Game Pass, three interesting new additions await you in July 2023. But of course there will also be new additions outside of strategy games – we’re telling you which games are coming and which will soon disappear from the subscription.

Remember, Microsoft never announces all the games of the month at once, but rather in batches. We’ll update this article accordingly (last happened on July 6th, we added five more games).

The wandering village

It’s not often you find a building game like this: in The Wandering Village you let yourself go and move your settlement across the world on the back of a gigantic creature. Whether you live in harmonious harmony with this creature, called an “Onbu,” or ruthlessly exploit it for your own demands is up to you. You can take care of Onbu, for example, and thus earn his trust – but you can also take advantage of his bloodstream to cook candy from it.

We already loved the beautiful village simulator in early access, even if we’d like to see more variety and ambition in the final release. So far, The Wandering Village has been easy to beat, even on the highest difficulty.

GTA5

Rockstar’s masterpiece Grand Theft Auto 5 is back in the Game Pass library. However, there is no separate version for PC players, but you can stream the game via the cloud service on different devices.

Has anyone counted how many versions of GTA 5 have already celebrated? Recently, the remaster was released for PS5 and Xbox X/S – but GTA 6 s should be in turn after that. Until that comes, you can take more fun rides through Los Santos now!

• Sword and Fairy: Together Forever: An action role-playing game with a fantasy setting inspired by East Asia. (PC and console)

From July 6th

• 3 megapixels: A chaotic pixel adventure with a lot of cleverness. Publisher Devolver specifically points to the massive sales success: “GTA 5 and McPixel 3 had combined sales of 50 million and now they both end up on Game Pass!”. (PC, console, cloud)

• Rebellion: Sandstorm: a powerful tactical shooter with incredibly intense battles.

• GeneralYou build your neighborhood here and lead your citizens out of poverty. (computer, console, cloud)

From July 14th

• Exoprimal: a third-person shooter with hordes of dinosaurs and lots of exploding things. (PC and console)

From July 18th

• tectonica: Building a space factory in a first-person view, reminiscent of Satisfactory and Deep Rock Galactic. (PC and console)

• the cave: a fun adventure game from legendary developer Ron Gilbert, creator of Monkey Island. (console, cloud)

From July 31st

• venba: A story game about an Indian family who immigrates to Canada and enjoy cooking traditional dishes together. (Console and PC not announced yet)
