How to get the Coffin Dancer achievement in Honkai Star Rail

Players can get a variety of achievements in Honkai Star Rail. Finishing a certain stage or engaging in a number of in-game activities may be enough to unlock it. The Hoyoverse also repeated what they did in Genshin Impact and added a lot of pop culture references in Honkai Star Rail’s achievements. Genshin had some standouts like “Fullmetal What Now”, “My Precious” and much more. One such addition to Honkai Star Rail is the achievement called “Coffin Dancer” which was added in patch 1.1 and refers to the Coffin Dance Dance Astronomia song that went viral on the internet.

Here’s how to get the Coffin Dancer achievement in Honkai Star Rail. Do note that this will contain spoilers for the accompanying mission for one of the game’s characters, Luocha.

Coffin Dancer achievement: how to unlock

The Memories We Share page, which you can access from the Achievement section of the in-game pause menu, lists Coffin Dancer as a Bronze achievement. Five Astral Jades are offered as an award, and you will naturally feel relieved when you see your achievement number go up.

You should “see Luocha’s hidden side,” according to the achievement’s description, but how in the world would you do that? And does Honkai Star Rail Luocha’s secret identity entail dancing while perched on top of an old friend’s coffin?

Unlocking Coffin Dancer Achievement requires players to progress through Luocha’s companion quest, “A Knight Stranger”. However, this quest and thus the achievement is not accessible to all players until June 28th – which is when Luocha’s Character Banner is released in Patch 1.1 so unfortunately we can’t see Luocha’s dark side (whatever that may be) yet. These types of achievements aren’t a new addition because we also previously earned achievements from completing missions that came with the character. For example, you get “Serval’s Faithfull: An Autobiography” when you complete the Honkai Star Rail Serval’s companion quest, “Only a Child”.

Luocha is a 5-star playable character who follows the path of The Abundance on the Honkai Star Rail. He is a fantasy item and support-oriented character who can heal allies and deal massive damage to his enemies.

In addition, players must first finish the Trailblaze objective “Humming Antlers, Entwined Horns” from the Xianzhou Luofu main campaign to access the quest. More information regarding the Coffin Dancer achievement will be updated once the mission is officially released.
